I'm a PhD candidate in the
Physics Department
at
Harvard
University, working with
David
Weitz in the
Experimental
Soft Condensed Matter Group. I have a Bachelor of
Science from the
Physics Department at
the
University of Western
Australia. As an undergradate, I completed two
internships at
IBM's Almaden Research
Center (with Liesl Folks and Bruce Terris), and
did my honours thesis research under the supervision
of Liesl Folks and
Robert Stamps. My current research concerns the effects
of confinement on fluid flow in microfluidic systems. More
generally, I’m interested in fluid dynamics, complex
fluids, and lab-on-a-chip technologies.
